You order off an iPad that stays on your table there are tons of options for veggies, meats, seafood, broth, etc. While some may think this spot is a bit more than one would pay for AYCE, they have 2 fridges full of beverages, which are included with your meal. At the end of the meal, you get complimentary ice cream cups. We also joined their membership to get access to their other dessert options. It's worth joining if you plan to go with a large party every time, plus you get to use your loaded membership card right away. The milk tea grass jelly dessert was my FAVE! But the shaved ice dessert was also really great. Staff here was prompt. Only "sus" thing for me was the way they dispense their sauces from huge containers. I'm sure it's mainly for convenience, but that's just my personal preference.

I don’t have a lot of words to describe how amazing and delicious this place was. It was great, the atmosphere was amazing, the service was fast, and the price was very reasonable. They have plenty of non-pork options and very abused that fact. Can’t wait to go again!!!

I was impressed! Let’s start from the service as simple as they solved the obvious problem that most hot pot and bbq restaurants have been experiencing but most of them don’t care enough to do anything to create a better experience for customers—it’s the stinky jacket problem! The last time we went to a hot pot restaurant in other state in the US, we ended up spending over 50 to have our winter coats cleaned. So the first thing after we arrived, right away they asked us to keep our jackets in a big plastic bag that was tugged underneath the side table next to us which was brilliant! Now, let’s talk about food and how simple and easy it was to place orders. They gave us a tablet that we can place orders of whatever in the selection and whenever we want. The selection has many interesting and delicious items that made me want to order many of them to try. We had 2 different broths; pork bone broth and the spicy popular broth. The pork bone broth was absolutely flavorful. The spicy was good but I still prefer the simple umami broth. The hot pot items were fresh and delicious. We were quite surprised how much we enjoyed the sashimi plate (non-hot pot item) very much. It was fresh with a decent quality. We appreciate the little thoughtful services they have around the restaurant. Absolutely lovely! We will be back again soon!

I had an amazing experience at Xiang Hot Pot! The food is outstanding (fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced). The variety on the menu is impressive, with options for everyone, whether you’re a meat lover or vegetarian. The atmosphere is just as good as the food. The space is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly, always making sure we had what we needed. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in, and the service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Elevated Hotpot. Delicious desserts. Fun experience. I would recommend to any person who likes asian, specifically Chinese cuisine. Its got a full 5star, not 4 and a half* 4000 reviews for a reason
